Warning Do Not use Marco Island Vacation Properties to book your next vacation. We booked a family vacation last year and expected to arrive to a very nice remodeled condo. Upon arrival we unlocked a dated and undesirable unit. We contacted them right away and they claimed they would do something for what they claimed was a mistake but never did. Everyday they insinuated we would be compensated something until checkout when they took our keys and did nothing. We were stuck in this condo for a week because there were no other places available. My son had to deal with asthma all week due to the dust and old carpet. The original condo we booked had a nice tile floor throughout. I guess they think "bait and switch" is acceptable as long as they book units and get paid. We attempted to negotiate a fair reimbursement but they are unreasonable people. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles and demeanor its all business and once they get your money they can care less about your or your vacation.

We have rented from them for the past 5 seasons. Very friendly and helpful. All properties were in very nice condition. They really went above and beyond as we locked ourselves out late night and were there within minutes to let us back in! See you in February!
