Our adult family of 5 had such an enjoyable stay! The location is ideal – great beach, less populated as it's further south; on premise restaurant, tennis, & pool; 10 minute walk to Marco Walk Plaza, and nice walks to the hotel beach restaurants that have entertainment. The staff is professional and guests & owners are friendly.
This condo was like something out of a dream. Right down to the gorgeous flooring. End unit, so you get the added natural light in addition to the incredible views. Standing at the kitchen sink, surrounded by granite counter-tops, you can see ocean out every window. The deck is over-sized with plenty of seating -- bring your friends and host a party, there's plenty of room! The views are expansive and lovely. We even loved the view off to the side of the lush vegetation and greenery. Melissa responded promptly to any question. I never had any concerns that we would be left "hanging" about anything regarding our stay or the unit. Book with confidence!
All the finishes used in the renovation are high end and very tasteful.
The condo is just like the pictures shown on the website – awesome views from the 9th floor balcony, clean, new, well supplied kitchen, games, beach chairs & toys. We will be back! Thank you
The building is quiet and clean, the staff friendly and there didn't seem to be a lot of people coming and going as we have experienced in other condos we have stayed in. We would definitely stay here again!
We have stayed at different condos in Marco for the last 10 years, and all of them had a higher rental fee than this unit, yet none of them were as clean or well stocked as this unit. Everything that you will need is there from the kitchen supplies, to linens, to beach items and all are of high quality.
Our family of six spent a week in this beautiful condo that is right on the beach! It was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and coolers. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the patio furniture allows you to eat dinner while watching the fabulous sunsets. The kitchen has all you need to make a meal if you don't want to go out. If you do want to leave there are restaurants, shopping and a movie theater within walking distance. There was plenty of room for us all without feeling crowded which is a plus.
The view from the balcony is amazing!!!!!!!! Great spot to watch dolphins swim by, which we did everyday.
Relaxing stay and accommodating owners! The location couldn't be better, you're seconds from the pool or the beach. The few questions we had upon arrival were answered by Melissa via call or text within minutes. That kind of care and concern is not to be found everywhere. The condo is nicely appointed. Our family was looking for a relaxing getaway, and that's exactly what we got. Wonderful.
From start to finish, Melissa was very responsive and helpful with additional questions on visit spots, and with a minor item during our stay (thank you!).
We highly recommend this condo!!!!!!! We would give it more stars if it were possible.
First, I have to say that my sister and I are extremely picky and it takes a lot to impress us, and this condo really impressed us and met all our expectations.
