I returned a jacket to this store--I was patiently waiting in line behind a customer until the associate could help me. From behind me an employee brought about 5 pieces from a fitting room and told the cashier, "Ring these up next" without any regard to me waiting in line nor another lady who was standing behind me. I spoke up and told that employee, "Excuse me, I've been waiting in this line and I believe I'm next". The employee became nervous and started whispering to the cashier, who then didn't know how to handle my return and had to call the manager who swiftly executed the transaction and I was out of there. I had no motivation to look around or shop any further because of the lazy, rude, incompetent staff. I really think it's a shame because it's a beautiful store but the staff make it a nightmare.
