Autocraft did a great job repairing/repainting the front end of our car after a recent bout with a gas station concrete bumper. Repairs were done in a very timely fashion and the paint job was superb. In addition, the entire experience with staff was pleasurable. Sorry we couldn't give more than 5 stars - you rate at least a '10' in our estimation. Many thanks.
In an area where I feel customer service is a huge opportunity, I could not be more blown away by the service that Ernie and his crew of guys provided. The turn around time was quick and the work, what can I saw about the quality of the work other than perfection. Their passion for this is something I find refreshing and makes it an easy choice if you have a car that has been damaged or just want some parts painted. Its like I have a brand new car. You can bet ill be driving myself from North Naples to Marco just to deal with these guys for ANY of my automotive paint needs.
My car has been there after an accident i have had and i can say with out a doubt in my mind this is best place to go in south west florida. the amount of attention to detail and care they have used on my car is unmatched. They are proactive and take initiative rather than just covering up something. i would take any of my cars anywhere else. My brothers car was done perfect, my car is perfect, and they were all done in a timely manner.
If you take pride in your car, take it to the guys who take pride in the excellent work that they do.
Terrible Experience And even worse workman ship. Tried to hide dent under plastics on bed of truck. Missing peices under plastics of bumper. Will never use these people again and would NEVER Recommend anybody to Use them. TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I was home up north, my wife was staying on Marco Island and scratched her car on a concrete abutment. Autocraft was polite, professional, gave her a lift to and from her lodging while the car was being repaired, and did a perfect job. I rate them 5 stars.
