We needed a second car for our Christmas visit to Marco. Enterprise fit the bill perfectly. Very nice personnel - Drew and a young woman could not have been more helpful. Service was swift and attentive with no surprises and no pressure for add on to the rental. Great job. We will use Enterprise again.
I found the Enterprise staff extremely accommodating and friendly. The entire experience, from making a reservation, picking up the reserved car, and finally, terminating my rental at the end of the rental period, very simple. All was completely explained by the agent. I'll refer to Enterprise for all my auto rental needs.
Do NOT rent from this location. The best way I can describe the service...'used car salesman'. This is the experience you will have renting from Jose on Marco Island or Marco airport. Super nice to your face, then you get your bill and feel completely violated! I have been an enterprise customer for years. I've rented all over the country. This by far is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Jose will make you feel like he is doing you a huge favor by renting you the car you reserved & paid for. He will also shake your hand and apologize for sending you out in a filthy car. Coffee splatter, sand, hair & half eaten granola bars. Clearly obviously NOT clean. Less than 1/8 tank of gas, when all gas stations on the island are closed. Not to mention issues with the car itself. Twice in a row this location has overcharged me for time I did not have the car. It has taken 5 calls, 2 emails and a ton of my time. Only to be told by corporate that they have no control over these regional location. The regional manager will call me at his/her earliest convenience. I've been waiting a week. If this SCAM has happened to me twice in a row, I can only imagine how many people have been scammed on this Island. Either people too busy on vacation or not tech savvy to check the itemized bill that you receive by email. Because Jose sure won't give you any paperwork in person. I guess then he would have to explain why he didn't check the car in for hours or a day AFTER you drop it off. There are a lot of people on the island that probably just let it slide. But this is stealing! This location is charging for time I did not have the car. And no one will do anything about it. Obviously corporate doesn't care. Why would they? They are making extra money!
I rented a cargo van to transfer my valuables to our new home. Reserved it early and stopped by the Marco store before time to pick up to make sure it would work out for me. The staff (mostly the manager) were very courteous and supportive. The van was a new Ford, can't ask for better than that! If I were the rate the van itself, probably wouldn't be a five, but the staff was excellent. Would rent again from them.
For the people that make the decisions on vehicle features, have you ever heard of cruise control? My van didn't have it and it was challenging to maintain correct speed, etc. on the 2500 mile trip.
Great service, friendly, professional and what not. Rented for the first time and the manager Jose knows how to help and do business. He started a new relationship for us with the enterprise. Thank you Jose and enterprise.
