It is Dunkin' Donuts. If you are a DD fan this is a good one.
Went in today at 4pm to get a couple donuts for my kids. Walter G., the cashier, could not explain what type of donut was in one of the racks ( was unlabeled). Gave the excuse that he did not know what type of donut it was cause it was the Flavor of the Month but that the donuts were random and he didn't know. Even when I asked if there was a manager there he still couldn't find out this information. The manager, a woman who gave an immediate impression that she didn't want to be there, copped a major attitude when I suggested that she train her employees better at customer service. After random comments concerningg another store 20 min away, she suggested I not come back. Now I know that if she was comfortable telling me this she has obviously told other patrons this as well, doesn't bode well for income potential. Honestly, the franchise needs to revamp thier employees and give better training in customer service.
Terrible, will never come back. Guy in front of us waited a long time for a toasted bagel, then they messed up our order, didn't have the right products to make our drinks, and then this is how they gave me my bagel with cream cheese... They scooped it out of the container and just put it on the bagel. Didn't spread it around and then when I asked the manager for a plastic knife so I could spread it she went to the back and started a conversation with an employee. I had to ask another employee for a knife. Severe lack of training and attention to detail. 7/11 coffee across the street would probably be a better choice if you don't want to go to Starbucks down the street.
The service is not always the friendliest, but I love my Dunkin’ coffee.
