Worst damn smoothie I've ever had. Ordered a smoothie and it came out as thin as a soda. Made a comment about it was so liquidy and all the girl had to say was that's the way they're supposed to be sir. Made a comment about it should be thicker and was told have a nice day sir. Took two drinks and threw $6 of junk straight in the garbage. The girl just turned around and walked away. Been to the other stores and have never had a smoothie nor service like this. I drive a cab on Marco and will damn sure recommend no one stops in this place. Thanks for throwing my money straight in the garbage. Never again.
Undisciplined staff reflects poor management. When I was waiting in line the woman in front of me had ordered a new item on the menu. The worker had to redo the order three times because she had no idea how to make it. Then when it came to our turn, the only flavor in my brother's milkshake was milk. Also I had ordered a new item off the menu, and they did not have enough ingredients to make it. The worker did not even offer me the half-made dessert, and it just went to waste. Awful experience, worker lacked common sense while management obviously does not train well enough because the advertised items could not be made. Very poor way to run a business.
Usually enjoy going there while visiting but was rushed through and with no line in the early evening while my server spent little time doing the kneading know for Cold Stone. We still tipped but my bad for not saying anything. We will still go back just hope for a different server!!
The store had the flavors we wanted when we went, so we were happy with our selections. I'm sharing my photo of the luscious cookie minster, and my hubby had the strawberry banana rendevouz (which is made up of strawberry Ice Cream, graham crackers, white Chocolate Chips, Strawberries and Banana. No photo, but yummy. clean restrooms are found around the complex, you'll see signs. Otherwise, ask.
Staff seemed a little disorganized but got everything correct. Other than that it was a standard coldstone expirience.
Impressed with how the server manipulated the ice cream and folded it.
