It is a great hotel. The rooms are clean. There are 2 pools and beautiful beach access with chairs. Jet sky rentals. Amazing Sunset, the staff is great. But the seafood buffet was bad for us.
Rooms are nice/decent. The pool is nice too and hotel is close to the ocean. The service here is terrible. We tried to get food/drinks at the pool and waited over an hour for someone to come by. There is definitely no sense of urgency from anyone here. The restaurant here even had terrible service (just very, very slow). There are better places to stay but this place is decent.
This place is awesome. Nice bridge all the way to the sand makes the beach a walk away. Amazing views and great service.
I live in Naples Florida which is 12 miles away. One of my favorite activities is kayak camping in the 10,000 islands. I have been parking at the Hilton for nearly a year at least twice a month while I kayak camp for 1 night. On my last adventure I planned I was informed policies have changed and unless I stayed at the hotel I cannot park at their lot (I park my car there from 7pm-5pm the following day and always pay the fee). It didn't matter that I was an honors member and stay at multiple Hilton hotels when traveling for business. Definitely lost me as a customer, will not be staying at another Hilton hotel.
We just came for food and drinks (currently, the hotel is closed, but the restaurant and bar is still open). The food was beyond terrible. Honestly, I'm not sure how they could make the food be so terrible. It would have tasted better if they had bought some cheap frozen food and used a microwave. The drinks were also questionable (frozen balls of ice in what was suppose to be a frozen drink?). At least the prices weren't insane.
