Moore Roofing scheduled an appointment
They took full advantage of people after hurricane Irma. Took $500.00 deposit just to be put on a waiting list. Then never got back with us. We are unable to contact the company by phone or by going to the office. No one is ever there to talk to and no one ever answers the phone. Very poor service .
Taking advantage of people in a catastrophe is disgraceful! Moore roofing installed my roof 4 years ago. I had leaks where they didn't do a joint properly but I never complained and just took care of the problem. The roof held up well during Hurricane Irma. Only lost 6 tiles. So I called them for a repair after the storm. They told me it is a minimum charge of $800 for 10 tiles then $65 per tile after that with a $500 non refundable cash deposit up front... Thieves! I am not going to held hostage by a roofing company. Especially since I only lost 6 tiles and I have the tiles on hand to replace them. They have lost my business forever now. Really poor business practices and really disgraceful treatment of their patrons.
with us to fix 6-8 cracked roof tiles, scheduled long in advance as to be sure the work was done before our escrow closed. They not only didn't show up they did not return numerous calls to reschedule before our close of escrow. I called for a 3-4 time and the receptionist hung up on me. I dialed again and Gabby let it go to voice mail. We ended up hiring another roofing company to do the work
