We had a great experience renting a vacation home from Clausen Properties!! Their customer service was top notch & they were available anytime we needed assistance. The house was gorgeous & we absolutely love Marco Island!! We will definitely be booking our next vacation w/ them again!!
We are purchasing a home in Marco and used Ian at Clausen Properties. Well I should say the whole family at Clausen Properties. Living in Maryland made it difficult to get there to look at homes etc. Ian made it so easy for us and arranged everything. He went to homes and skyped, video recorded and took pictures anytime we needed him. He made it clear to us that he was avaliable to us at any time and any day. When we visited Marco to walk through one home he also had his Dad take my wife and I around to many other locations and basically gave us a tour of the Island that we have come to love. Ian handled getting us an incredible inspector to look over a home we were originally going to purchase....but the inspector found major problems that saved us a lot of headaches. Bart from Alpha Omega Inspections was awesome. Ian came to the rescue and we went and saw some other houses he had in mind for us. Well he made arrangments that day for us to get in since we were only there 2 days. Bingo we found our turnkey home. Bart came out again and we were satisfied that we were purchasing a sound home. Ian again got us back in a later date to let our kids see the home and coordinated all aspects of the purchase. To top it off Ian even offered to allow us to ship home goods to his office until we settle. I can not say enough about Ian Clausen and Clausen Properties. If you are contemplating renting or purchasing a home you should contact Ian.
We have rented numerous homes with the Clausen family and had our home managed with them. The folks are awesome, the properties clean and in top shape, and service(if necessary) very responsive. We stay with Clausen Properties every visit to Marco!
The absolute WORST realty company ever. Had 2 days to move still, left my puppy overnight , come back to grab her in the morning, the lady at the office STOLE her and illegally entered the property. I proceeded to call to get ahold of her to get my dog back, she told me she was neglected (with food and water by her side, and there was 2 ferrets she didn't bother with that apparently weren't neglected) she then REFUSES to give me my dog and once the cops got involved tried to file harassment charges since her unprofessional self wanted to keep hanging up and not give me my dog. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE! ! how are you a realtor when you can't follow the simple laws??
