We noticed that our water heater was leaking. Being new residents of Marco Island we had not had to use the services of a plumber yet. A friend recommended Prout's Plumbing.
We contacted another localPlumbing service, who showed up on schedule and on time. Low and behold, water heater was repaired without having to be replaced.
We won't be recommending them or using them for any service in the future.

We called back ten minutes later to schedule an appointment. After being on hold for over five minutes we were told he would call us back to schedule the appointment.

Customer service and phone skills are horrible.
We contacted the office, spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was not very pleasant, and explained the problem. He quoted a price for replacing and installing a new water heater.
Maybe Prout's Plumbing does good work if you can get them scheduled and to show up, who knows?
Very pleased with the service. Wayne was actually early for the call! He worked quickly and efficiently. And when the new washing machine started leaking (a problem with the machine, not Wayne's work), I called Prout's and Wayne was back very quickly to diagnose the problem and to help me clean up the water that was on the floor.
