Dealer to Dealer Auto Transport is professional, terrific and reliable. The driver, Kye was wonderful and stayed in contact with me along the way to keep me informed as to where he was and when our car would arrive home.

There are NOT ENOUGH WORDS to express how awful this company is. First, they quoted me a price, and then when the time came, they increased the price. It took a long time to find a driver to move my motorcycle until I agreed to pay the higher price. Then, the bike wasn't picked up when they said it would be. Next, the delivery truck broke down, and the bike showed up 3 days late. On top of that, they asked for more money when they arrived then was agreed upon. I had to stand around for 20 minutes while the drivers and the office figured it out. Also, several times I called the office and they told me they would check on something and call me back. But, they didn't. The only time they ever called me back was when I agreed to pay the higher price, to advise me they had a driver for me (and again, the driver didn't pick up when they said he would). Through all of this, not once was any empathy shown or apology given. When I got annoyed, they were short and made excuses. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
Horrible experience, used once before and had a windshield damaged but they took care of it, so I thought would use again, scheduled for 4/1 for pickup, and was called that day saying "we will have a driver in area on Monday" as if they were doing me a favor, the girl said she will keep trying to find someone to pick it up, again as if a favor...Come Monday, I called to find out what time they were picking up, "oh the truck that was going to pick up broke down" WHAT? again was told they will keep trying, come 3 pm I canceled, the girl's response "OK", no apologies, no communication, SQUAT....I went with another company who was actually very professional on the phone and picking up quickly....This company lost my business and any referral I would have given...The girl scheduling should be replaced with someone who actually cares about their job and the company's customers...
Was nervous after reading the bad reviews, but everything went smoothly with my shipment. And can definitely say this place is run perfectly with the new owner Marty. Would recommend these guys.
I have been in the automobile business for 15 years, and have been shipping cars all over the country for as long a time. At this point I have used this company 5 times and without a doubt all other transport companies fail compared to Lauren and Cecily and their most awesome service and ridiculous follow up. They never miss a beat, furthermore my clients are happy and that's the "excellent" (Mr. Burns) cherry on top. I ship 20 vehicles a year without a doubt I will continue to use Southwest Florida auto transport . BTW. UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, now I understand the older reviews, I've worked with Cecily and Lauren since Oct 2015, THE best service and the drivers use their cells and always pick up on time.
