This is honestly the most unprofessional law office I have ever dealt with. My first encounter with Fred Kramer's office was five years ago when I hired him to assist with the purchase of my home. I ended up having to fire him after he failed on several occasions to work out the title insurance difficulties. Fast forward five years later and I sold my house. The buyer is using Fred Kramer's office to assist in the closing. We were scheduled to close June 24. The closing did not occur because Fred Kramer's office never fedex'd the documents to the buyers loan company. Come Monday the next week, we were set to close. Fred Kramer's office did not wore me my funds and told my lawyers office it was because they had five other closes that same day. The next day, Tuesday, the money still was not in my account. At 11 am my lawyers office called them and they were told that they wired the money. I have yet to get the money and it is 3 PM. The excuse they gave my lawyers is that the bank was busy. Please do NOT use Fred Kramer's office for any of your legal needs. They are simply unprofessional and frankly it is unethical they did not wire the funds Monday...simply because they were busy with five closes. I am 100% dissatisfied with their service and hope I never have another encounter with this office again.
