My wife and I recently moved into our new home and Erick took the time to come out on Sunday, despite it being his day off. He did a full service of our pool, went over every inch of my pool and explained everything he was doing in the process. The previous owner added excessive chlorine and we felt it firsthand when we went swimming. Erick reduced the level of chlorine and followed up to make sure that our pool was safe to swim in again. Would strongly recommend Edgewater Pools to anyone looking for the best service in Naples!
Love ❤️ Edgewater pools! They are friendly and very knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer they will research it and find the answer. We had something weird going on with our pool so we switched to Edgewater and they came EVERYDAY for TEN days! At no extra charge!!! They really go above and beyond. Thank you Colton and Erick.
Prompt and reliable service from Eric and Jules. Former pool company said they could not fix appearance issues without drastic measures. Eric and Jules simple but skilled balancing procedures have the pool looking sparkling clean within two weeks despite heavy rain. Highly recommended for professional, knowledgable and and first class service!
We recently contacted Edgewater Pools to get an estimate. The owner Colton came out himself not a technician to look at the pool to see what exactly we needed. He was the only company to tell us what are pool was missing in chemicals. None of the other pool companies even mentioned that. This company is very professional and extremely nice. My husband just meet our pool technician Andy yesterday. Very nice guy and took his time with the pool. The one thing I noticed was that he cleaned the pool deck off after he was done. Very impressed.
