Horrible customer service. Dropped off a package with a pre-paid label and needed 1 piece of tape to close. Owner charged me $1 for 1 piece of tape but that's not a big deal. He proceeded to place the package on the counter behind him without closing it up, which I just paid to do, and went on to the next customer. The contents of package were expensive so I politely asked him if he would close the package before I left. He completely ignored me while taking the next person in line then walked back to the package, sealed it and asked "are you satisfied now?". I have since found out that he is the owner of the store. Wanted to charge me $69.00 for an overnite letter!! What a rip off! Little did he know I work for UPS! Very bad example for all the good stores!
Was treated very badly this morning, won't be back. I'll take my business elsewhere.
This business refused to give me a return label for a package that was going out and coming back even though I have an account there and am a regular customer. Every other person sending packages to a national organization had no problem getting return labels from other UPS around the country. Very disappointed with the "no" attitude.
