Just returned from the Verizon Wireless Zone store. My husbands phone was no longer working. With the assistance and expertise of Jody he was able to recover all his important business contacts (husband should have backed it up .... but didn't). Amazing! We purchased a new phone and the whole experience was pretty painless! Would recommend this store and Jody to everyone!!!
Josh is the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He helped me get the perfect device to me and personalize it to my wanting. James, the manager, was excellent in assisting with the transaction and making sure everyone was being helped right away. Since purchasing the phone, I have been in to receive excellent support from the other sales representative, Jon. Everyone in the store is extremely nice and helpful. This is the only Verizon store I would ever go to!!!!!!!
Disgusting costumer service by a man named Shaun kuhl! Almost ignored my requests for help throughout the duration of my trip there and constantly made disgustingly sexist jokes to other employees about my daughters and I syaing how we would never figure out how to use the devices 0/10 would never go there again and if I were the boss I'd fire him right away!!
Posting this review from my new phone, Josh was great, helped us right away and communicated all the information clearly and concisely. Was friendly even though we showed up 20 minutes before closing. My best experience at a Verizon store to date, too bad I'm only here on vacation. Might even make the 2 hour trip out next time I upgrade.
Sales guys were useless- couldn't answer any of my questions. Device I wanted (newest model Moto phone) was not in stock somehow; all they had in stock were crappy iPhones. No thanks. Had to drive 30 minutes north to Naples to get the phone.
