I find her to give you all the time that you desire in the office. This doctor earnestly cares about her patients. I have told her many times that I do not worry about anything that is wrong with me because I know that she is worrying for me.
She is the most thorough Doctor that I have gone to in all of my 77 years.
...be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. I have never had my appointment time honored. And I can understand 15 to 20 minutes, or if someone comes out and says "there has been an emergency", but so far there has never been any kind of explanation, ever. It does not matter if your appointment is in early morning, after lunch, or end of the day, because in all five visits I have waited closer to, and over, an hour!
Dr Poling's staff are great, flexible and accommodating. I'd recommend this medical office to anyone. They have treated our three children too .... Never a problem.
