Had an appointment to have a filling checked and fixed , dr looked and said he didn't have time to fix it today and that I could make an appointment asap to get it fixed, funny I was the only patient there, when I went to make an appointment the manager told weeks it would probably be 2 weeks before I could get an appointment, they need to get pre approval from my ins ..umm for a filling, are you kidding me???? And you are in network??? Called dr bracho right away , they took me right in and I'm getting my tooth fixed as we speak
Rick is the most amazing Dentist and kindest and CALMING doctor I've ever been lucky enough to meet!!! As a 50 year old who has always had a horrible chronic fear of dentists I can now say I actually look forward to going to the "tooth spa" - the entire staff is extremely friendly , Compassionate and understanding !!! Danielle, (Dr Ricks wife) , runs the office with amazing insurance skills will bend over backwards to help fix your needs!! On an island of over priced, jacked up EVERYTHING (for example - most dentists won't even DO a filling - automatically crown! ) This wonderful couple brought their Ohio friendly honest hard working mid western ethics with them. I went to a dentist on the island after an admittedly long interval - was given a 6k estimate - 1 year later , Dr Siegal filled two cavities with tooth colored filling and told me nothing else was urgent!!! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with them as professionals and as people!!! Make an appt for a cleaning as people are discovering how wonderful they are they are quite booked !!!
My appointment was canceled a week after the hurricane because they were closed. When I called to reschedule, I was told that they are so overwhelmed with patients they couldn't reschedule me until May (8 months). i was told by Danielle in scheduling that I "should try to make an appointment at another dentist office that is not as busy" as they are. So, I did.
Stopped by for a consult, very helpful and friendly front desk. Prompt appointment and cleaning by Cindy, she was great! First dentist that actually put your X-rays up in front of you and went step by step and explained everything about the tooth. Great dentist and office look forward to my next visit!
