I was extremely pleased with the service, knowledge and responsiveness of my preparer at the Marco Island office. His name was Jerry.
I was very disappointed with the environment of the office. There are 3 tax preparer areas. Only one is enclosed and has a door. The door was open while a client was being assisted.
This office needs to have more private offices and the staff needs to control its voice level. I am not sure if I will return next tax season.
When I was at the office the voice level was very loud. I could hear other client discussions. The two other preparers, female, and the receptionist were extremely loud almost as though they were at a party.
I asked Jerry if it was always like this. He said sometimes and continued working with me. I said I was surprised that he could concentrate.
